Returns/Exchanges
We hope your little one loves their Koko Momo pieces. If you need to make a return, you can do so easily through our Return Portal (you’ll just need your order number and the email used at checkout).
Timing

You have 14 days from the ship date (see your shipping confirmation email) to request a return.

Once your return label is issued, you’ll have 10 days to drop it off and have it postmarked.

Please let us know about any damages or issues within 10 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and full-price to qualify for a refund.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please start a return in the portal and select the correct reason—we’ll take care of it from there.

Gift returns: email hello@kokomomo.co with the purchaser’s name and details of the items you’d like to send back.
Refunds & Fees

Refunds go back to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

A $7 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Prefer to skip the fee? Select store credit instead. Store credit is issued once your return is processed, never expires, and can be used site-wide.
Exchanges

We don’t currently process exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
International Orders

International purchases are final sale and may take a few extra days for processing.

Loss or theft is only covered up to $100 USD.

Any duties, customs, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale
