Returns/Exchanges

We hope your little one loves their Koko Momo pieces. If you need to make a return, you can do so easily through our Return Portal (you’ll just need your order number and the email used at checkout).

Timing

  • You have 14 days from the ship date (see your shipping confirmation email) to request a return.

  • Once your return label is issued, you’ll have 10 days to drop it off and have it postmarked.

  • Please let us know about any damages or issues within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and full-price to qualify for a refund.

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please start a return in the portal and select the correct reason—we’ll take care of it from there.

  • Gift returns: email hello@kokomomo.co with the purchaser’s name and details of the items you’d like to send back.

Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • A $7 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Prefer to skip the fee? Select store credit instead. Store credit is issued once your return is processed, never expires, and can be used site-wide.

Exchanges

  • We don’t currently process exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

International Orders

  • International purchases are final sale and may take a few extra days for processing.

  • Loss or theft is only covered up to $100 USD.

  • Any duties, customs, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or flash sale items

  • One-of-a-kind items

  • Baby accessories & gear

  • Hair accessories

  • Items purchased with discount codes (discounts can’t be applied retroactively)
