Returns/Exchanges
We hope your little one loves their Koko Momo pieces. We do not accept refunds, but you can do exchanges or store credit. Please email me hello@kokomomo.co (you’ll just need your order number and the email used at checkout).
Timing

You have 14 days from the ship date (see your shipping confirmation email) to request an exchange or return for store credit.

Once your return label is issued, you’ll have 10 days to drop it off and have it postmarked.

Please let us know about any damages or issues within 10 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and full-price to qualify.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please start a return in the portal and select the correct reason—we’ll take care of it from there.

Gift returns: email hello@kokomomo.co with the purchaser’s name and details of the items you’d like to send back.
Exchanges

There is a $4 shipping + 5% restocking fee per item
International Orders

International purchases are final sale and may take a few extra days for processing.

Loss or theft is only covered up to $100 USD.

Any duties, customs, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
